Many of the glass beads used in our jewellery range are handmade and the gemstones are unique so we cannot guarantee future stocks of a particular design and there may be small variations in size or colour of items. This is normal for handmade products and, in our view, adds to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
Please note that we may need to charge a little extra for making jewellery that is larger than that shown on the website. You will, of course, be informed of any increase in price.
ORDERING: If you would like to pay by Paypal or Credit/Debit card you can order through this website using the shopping cart. (Credit/Debit card payments are processed by Paypal. However you do not need a Paypal account to carry out your transaction.)
All transactions take place over secure servers. No banking details are ever held in clear text on any website nor are they seen or held by us. When you place an order with Bells & Whistles Crafts you are transferred out of our site to a Secure Site operated by Paypal
Any unpaid items will be relisted within 3 days, unless you have contacted us. Any personalised orders will not be started until full payment is received.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the payment and/or delivery details provided by the customer are not legitimate and/or the transaction is not authorised by the bank.
We retain legal ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by you and such payment has been received by us. Legal ownership of the goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
However you wish to pay you will be emailed an order confirmation. Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order was placed. However, we cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. If the delivery address is not the same as the billing address we will assume it is for a gift, unless otherwise specified, and a receipt will not be included.
DELIVERY: Because everything we do is handmade by us most orders are dispatched within 5-7 days, however please at busy times please allow 10-14 days. Please inform us if your order is required by a specific date because we can almost always accommodate. You will receive email confirmation when you order is dispatched.
Whilst most orders that we send are received the following day we unfortunately cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.
If your order is urgent, it is very important that you contact us to ensure that we can make and dispatch your jewellery. We are extremely busy during the peak wedding season and in the run up to Christmas and we would hate to disappoint you.
We will deliver the goods in accordance with the options outlined above. If you experience a problem with receipt of your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help you trace it. Bells & Whistles Crafts will provide you with the Royal Mail tracking number (where appropriate) so that you can contact Royal Mail. In the event of a non-delivery, we can only replace or refund the order after 20 working days when Royal Mail will confirm that the package is lost. We cannot be held responsible for late or lost items.
POSTAGE: There is a flat rate delivery charge of just £4 to any UK address regardless of how much you spend in total on one order. If you order multiple larger items an additional cost may be incurred and you will be informed of this following your order placement.
We use Royal Mail postal services.
We are also happy to offer special delivery if required, for next day receipt – please contact us first to confirm and arrange – this service is subject to an additional postal charge. We will contact you prior to sending out a special delivery to make sure you are going to be home on the specified day.
If an item is returned to us because no-one was there to receive it, and it has not been collected from the post office within the time stated on their card, we will ask you to pay the relevant postage charge for us to re-send it.
REFUNDS: Your satisfaction is hugely important to us. Should you not want to keep the item you have purchased, please don’t hesitate to contact us to arrange a return. For a full refund the item must be returned in perfect “as new “condition. However, any refund will not include postage costs. You will need to notify us in writing providing your order number, item description and reason for return. You must then mail the item back to us using First Class Recorded Delivery. As the customer, you do have to pay the postage in this situation. We are unable to accept returns of custom, personalised items or earrings, due to hygiene reasons.
If any items arrive damaged, you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A replacement will be given for the damaged items. On the rare occasion your item is faulty, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org on the day the item arrives and return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We will then make the necessary repairs.
When returning items please ensure that you include the original gift packaging and packing slip, that the items are suitably protected against damage in transit and that you use a suitable recorded and insured delivery service. Items must be received by us within 14 days after the day of the date that the item was received by you.
Refunds can only be given on items received by us. We will not accept any responsibility for the loss and/or damage of items in transit.

Under the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 as amended you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within a period of 14 working days, beginning the day after delivery to you. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To cancel your order, please contact us by phone or email. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we sent the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable or will be delayed, you will be informed and given the option to change your order. If you do not wish to change your order or require the item before the delayed date, a refund will be given for the unavailable item’s.
DISCLAIMER: Whilst we endeavour to keep the information and products on this website up-to-date and correct, we make no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of information and products on this website.
All items are for decorative purposes only and should not be treated as toys. Therefore products should NOT be given directly to babies or small children. Whilst every care is taken in their manufacture they are, by definition, fragile and may be easily broken if mishandled. Furthermore, it is obvious that component parts of each purchase may be readily detached unless handled properly. Care should be used to ensure that children in particular do not have access to any item or packaging that may result in them being harmed or injured in any way. Bells & Whistles Crafts cannot, and does not, accept any liability for any injury however caused resulting from the supply or manufacture of any product.
Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.
